Notifications
When a monitor matches (or meets HTTP/response-time conditions), Nokwatch can notify you via email, Discord, and Slack. You can use multiple channels per monitor.
Configure SMTP in .env. Each monitor has an email recipient; you can also add email as a notification channel in Advanced Options with multiple addresses.
Discord
In Advanced Options, add a notification channel, choose Discord, and paste your webhook URL. Create a webhook in your Discord server under Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
Slack
Same as Discord: add a notification channel, choose Slack, and paste the Slack webhook URL (from Slack App or Incoming Webhooks).
Notification cooldown
Set a cooldown period (e.g. 1 hour) per monitor so you don’t get spammed. After a notification is sent, the next one for that monitor is skipped until the cooldown has passed.
Test email
Use the Test Email button in the header to verify SMTP configuration before creating monitors.
